What is TipMate™ Systems?
TipMate™ Systems is a consulting company providing simple, expedient and effective solutions for increasing productivity in welding operations.
Randy Davis founded the company after thirty years experience with a wide variety of materials, specifications/codes and arc welding processes. In depth experience has included SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, PAW (Plasma arc), SAW (Subarc), GTAW (Manual and Machine Tig). Materials fabricated were Titanium, Zirconium, Hafnium, Inconels, Monels, Incoloys, Coppers, Copper Nickels, Nickel Coppers, Carbon Steels, Low Alloys Steels, Austenitic Stainless Steels, Ferritic Stainless Steels, Martensitic Stainless Steels, Duplex Stainless Steels (including Super) and Hasteloys.

Particular emphasis is given to pipe welding with the Submerged Arc Welding Process. Immediate improvements in productivity can be realized through the implementation of increased Electrode Extension using TipMate™ Nozzles.
